Refunds
Everheart Air grants full refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of booking a flight.
No Show
No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled flight will result in a forfeiture of the full price
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a flight up to 48 hours before the flight for free
Weather Insurance
If you are visiting New York we recommend purchasing weather insurance. Weather insurance entitles you to a refund on the cost of your flight
Weather Cancellation
If your flight lesson is canceled due to weather you will be eligible to reschedule your flight lesson up to 1 year from the cancellation.
